An outstanding stay marked by...

Liked: Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious everything was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making us feel right at home.We were also delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! Our room was spotless, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The mattress was amazing, ensuring we had a wonderful night's sleep.Location-wise, it was perfect for our needs – very close to the subway and conveniently near the concert venue we were attending.Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would absolutely love to return in the future.
Disliked: Breakfast price is fixed at £20 per head. I would have liked another lower priced option for a quick, small breakfast e.g. just a coffee and pastry.

Brilliant first stay. Felt very...

Liked: Pretty much everything. Staff in particular were really friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was lovely and bed really comfortable. The control panels for lighting and aircon were spot on too. Great breakfast selection and food on offer was really good. Will return when going to RAH for a gig again as only a 5 minute walk away.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location and beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: It's not really something we didn't like, but there could've been instructions for the coffee machine and air con. Also, we expected a bit more for what was described as a deluxe queen room.

Couldn’t fault anything really, just...

Liked: Nice hotel, lovely building, clean, friendly staff too.
Disliked: The bar is a little rudimentary. Have previously been at The Gore over the road which is a step above in similar price point.
