Liked: I really liked the location of the Queens Gate Hotel — it’s excellent and close to everything. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The room size was quite small, and there was no Smart TV, which made it impossible to watch streaming apps like Netflix or others. That was a bit disappointing.

Liked: The hotel is located in a very very nice and safe area where you can find a lot of eating places in walking distance and very close to the park. It is easily reachable with the subway with a max. 10 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the personnel is very nice and helpful. I liked everything about this hotel.

A fantastic stay.

Liked: The room was very clean and cosy, we had our coffee restocked every day and our bed made, with fresh towels. I’d absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: The walls were a little thin and we could hear a noisy group of friends coming home in the late hours. But not much can be done there, and the comfort of our room totally made up for it.

Liked: Right by the Natural History Museum. 5-10 min walk to 2 tube stations. Free parking from 1:30pm on Saturday through to 8am Monday on the same street the Hotel is on (Make sure you check the signs to ensure you have parked in the right area).
Disliked: Nothing.
