Liked: We did not have breakfast. Everything was great. Main reason for stay was a function at Royal Albert Hall therefore excellent location.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Liked: Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Room was incredibly small but clean and comfortable. Was staying alone but think if I was with my partner it would have been much less comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly
Disliked: Very small room for the price & noise from the street was quite disturbing but guess that’s to be expected for a busy London street

Disliked: Too loud in morning as someone doing building work so not great sleep in morning. Lots of drills and banging.

Amazing stay at a friendly...

Liked: Location is amazing for the Royal Albert Hall and a bit of shopping. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, bright and welcoming.

Liked: Fabulous location for RAH. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds
Disliked: Unfortunately, the building work, which they had warned would take place from 9am, started before 8 and was so loud it felt as though the ceiling would fall in! Additionally it seems really mean for a room costing £179 to provide no shampoo or conditioner and only one packet of biscuits for 2 people. We have stayed here several times and have loved it, but this time it was disappointing.
