Liked: Location and no stairs

Good

Liked: Good location.Elevator worked to access 3rd floor.
Disliked: Door codes were not sent in the morning until I requested ar 11am.Door codes provided were WRONG, had to call property managers.Mattress too soft.

The property was nice but...

Liked: The place was very clean and staff were nice when we called
Disliked: The property had no mirror in our friends bathroom so we had to call. The street was extremely noisy.

Fantastic

Liked: #202 is sooooo beautiful. Its not the loft we originally booked but we were not disppointed. It is like the large condo of your dreams. Really unbelievable. There was also a patio out back furnished with a dining table, seating area, and grill! Wish I cooked and that it hadnt been cold during our visit. The building sits on the main drag of Charleston but that was not really my scene (across from Apple store, next to Gucci store, 2 storefronts form Yves etc) but excellent for feeling comfy with early morning walks. honestly, unless I was running late for a tour everywhere is walking distance from this location. Love Ashley!!!!! She is so genuinely kind and helpful, a perfect human face for this hotel.
Disliked: This is out of the control of the hotel but there is significant construction going on adjacent to the hotel. If you go down one stairwell it is absolutely filled with dust and debris. If you go down the other, you will never know. If you open the patio door, you will be shocked at how loud the construction is. The building itself is beautiful and the wood floors seem original, this may be why you can hear walking above you. Honestly, I didnt care because the beds are so comfortable that I slept as if in silence throughout the night.

The condo was as advertised...

Liked: The location on King Street was perfect. The condo was very clean with tons of room. The elevator made traveling with elderly parents doable. Parking for $18/day seemed reasonable.
Disliked: Small recos that would be nice: shelf in showers for shampoo, etc, oil the squeaky bedroom door & bedfeame, stock coffee for the Keurig, add a full length mirror.

Clean, spacious and perfectly located

Liked: This is a wonderful property. The full kitchen helps with breakfast and coffee in the morning. Wonderfully located on King Street a short walk to the Marketplace and rainbow row and the pineapple fountain. Will definitely book here again!
Disliked: Nothing

Modern specimens apartment in the...

Liked: Great location. Specious. Very clean. Modernly and recently renovated.
Disliked: Some safety issues: windows don’t lock, showers gets super hot. And some maintenance issues too.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The location was phenomenal. We were directly across the street from the site of civil rights sit-in's (the old Kress store is now an H&M), with easy access to the free bus shuttle that took us everywhere, and in walking distance of luxury stores, discount stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and banks. The apartment was clean and comfortable (though the decor could have more color), with the bed and shower making us want to stay forever.
Disliked: I can only nitpick. The lock didn't work when we first arrived, but management fixed it quickly. And, the shower is to phenomenal (both the rain shower and the wand), but could use a soap dish.
