Liked: The house keeping staff were amazing, the bed, ben-linen, toiletries and towels were perfection. And the location is great for the Esplanade and Acland street shops and eateries
Disliked: The Prince is looking tired. When you charge top dollar, you should follow through. Our Friday reception was poor. The lift and passage ways worn-out. If you have mobility issues give this a miss The carpark is almost inaccessible - stairs up and down and dark passageways to navigate. Overall, very disappointing.

Liked: It was the perfect location for our trip (triathlon). The foyer is quite beautiful. The staff were excellent. Bonus - the tram stops right out the front which was great if you don't have a car. And, if you do have a car, there is a public car park available at reduced rates for hotel guests.
Disliked: Our room was small, a bit tired, and the shower leaked. Despite this, I believe we got good value for money, and the most important part of the room, the bed, was ever so comfortable.
