Perfect hotel!

Liked: Room was perfect! Great room, toiletries (body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner), robe, music, coffee, tea.. everything! Breakfast was worth it.. you can choose a main and a drink from the menu and it was delicious! We paid on booking au$32 extra for brekky and if we had paid there it would cost around au$60! 10/10@gabiinmalaysia

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, providing us with a professional introduction to all aspects of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall design was outstanding, making us feel right at home.

Only stayed overnight to go...

Liked: Reception staff helpful and very pleasant. Room was good.
Disliked: Member of staff in the cafe took my friend's breakfast order and then turned away from me to serve some 'local' customers, making me wait. I would have walked out except my friend had already paid for their order.Room and hotel were overheated.

Comfortable, quiet room.

Liked: The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Easy check-in and on-site parking for a small additional fee.
Disliked: The five down lights in the room, including two above the bed, did not turn off completely even after turning off lights at the master switch, leaving me to try and sleep in a pool of light.

Great location and good value...

Liked: Excellent location with all inclusive facilities. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Light switches were difficult to fathom. Brekky in the bar was a bit unsuitable as a location.
