Very good

Liked: Good location for easy walking to Acland St etc. Was clean and staff friendly. Room was smaller than expected for the cost.
Disliked: Size of room in comparison to the cost. Broken blind slats on 2 of the blinds

Comfortable, easy and perfect location.

Liked: Perfect location, clean and safe for a solo traveler. Easy access to the hotel from the car park.
Disliked: The room needed more USB ports. I had to go and buy an adapter.

Liked: All the personnel, reception, pub, cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Rooms were clean and comfy.
Disliked: First evening upon checking in I was told I could get food until 9 pm. Went immediately to the pub and was told at 8.40 pm that kitchen was closed, disappointing.

Liked: Location was great. Poached eggs arrived hard boiled but delicious after they cooked another lot
Disliked: Would be nice to have 2 chairs in the room to accompany the table rather than 1

Liked: The room was clean and had good amenities

On the whole excellent.

Liked: Comfy bed, big shower with plenty of water pressure. Room was very clean with plenty of towels.
Disliked: No USB ports in the room Car park was a bit of a maze but worked it out in the end. Maybe more specific explanation on how to get back in would be good next time. (I didn’t realise level 1 in the car park is level 3 in the lift)
