Disappointing

Liked: Good location and reasonably priced for the marathon weekend
Disliked: The room was beyond tiny and the bed couldn’t fit 2 people at all. It was also boiling hot and just all round really uncomfortable. We left early as a result.

Very good.. Would come back.....

Disliked: The iron wasn’t satisfactory. The temperature knob just kept turning and it was hard to read where the temperature arrow was supposed to be. It would have helped to have a steam iron.

Liked: The location is great, close to the shops and underground
Disliked: The rooms were very small and cramped and so hot. There was a fan which basically did nothing. It was very expensive for what we got.

Not a 4 star hotel

Liked: 1. Location: Conveniently located within walking distance of Earl's Court Station, surrounded by a variety of pubs and charming breakfast cafes.2. Superior Double Room: Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people, even with plenty of luggage.3. In-Room Amenities: Equipped with a small fridge, kettle, complimentary tea and coffee and 2 small bottles of water for added convenience.4. Lobby Perks: A coffee machine available for all guests, along with a bowl of complimentary fresh fruit.5. Housekeeping: The room was cleaned and serviced daily, ensuring a pleasant stay.6. En Suite Bathroom: Well-maintained and clean, with a good selection of toiletries provided.7. There was no problem arranging a late check out.
Disliked: 1. The air conditioning was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably hot.2. Despite the room being advertised with a chair, there was none present. Additionally, the TV remote was missing upon arrival, and we had to follow up with reception multiple times to have both items provided.4. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable throughout our stay.5. The elevator was out of order for the entire duration of our week-long stay, which caused some inconvenience.6. Reception Hours: There was no one at the reception desk after 11 PM.

convenient location and comfy bed

Liked: It was very well located, easy access, clean and comfy. Good free wifi.
Disliked: Lift broken for days and going up and down from a 4th floor. I asked about it and they just didn't know when will be repaired. Looked like it was a week or so broken. I was there 4 days and nothing.Small rooms for what I booked.
