Not so good

Liked: The property is in a good location, clean and staff are friendly
Disliked: The pictures don’t really truly show the size of the rooms. The bed was a small double, and our room curtains didn’t close, there was hardly any privacy due to this. Wouldn’t stay again

I would come back for...

Liked: I like the location. Very central. They let me to do my check in before 3pm. Easy to check in and check out. Beds are very important for me. So it is very comfortable and nice. Very clean and fresh the room. The staff are super nice. Super
Disliked: The room is quite small. But it is normal in London. I think I would like to have a chair in room( maybe folder chair). The rest I liked everything

Good

Liked: I was allowed to go to my room before 3pm. Really appreciated as tired after a long journey.
Disliked: The basement room was a bit run down and the air conditioning uncomfortable. There was a very strong smell which prevented me from sleeping.

Liked: Property was clean, staff were friendly, bed was super comfy, location was convenient and checking out time was perfect. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: That it didn’t offer breakfast but that wasn’t a big issue because there were plenty of places to eat around the location.
