Liked: The location is wonderful
Disliked: The cold water tap did not work in the bath

Liked: Main building was fine
Disliked: Approaching the stairs to the cottage’s was awful and fire alarm going off no apologies

Liked: Comfortable room, lovely surroundings, good food and friendly staff.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was dog friendly but it is not now only in the cottage which we were told are damp
Disliked: Now not dog friendly in the hotel which is a shame as they have lost my custom and visit often

The food and the service...

Liked: The staff, the food and the location.
Disliked: Basic facilities, hard pillows. A little bit tired.

Perfect

Liked: Lovely location for my nieces wedding reception
Disliked: Loved it all wanted to be away from the mayhem of the main hotel so was in a cottage which was perfect xx

Comfortable bed, good towels but...

Liked: The location was beautiful The towels were perfect, BIG & fluffy.Comfy bed
Disliked: On being told our room number, we checked the room out & found there was urine on the rim of the toilet pan & on the underside of the toilet seat.The pillowcases were put on inside out.No air conditioning which wasn’t stated when booking, just a note on the desk in the room informed us on arrival, not the staff when booking in. We had the use of a fan overnight but it was noisyOpened the windows & even overnight we could hear a constant buzz from the extractor fans from the kitchenThe property is in need of some TLC
