Good location. Easy access to and from SB Bowl. Allowed early check in at 12:30. Aaron was wonderful and very polite, professional and helpful.

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable.

It was OK. Needs a...

Liked: Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Onsite parking. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.
Disliked: Everything seemed a bit old and worn out. Windows in bathroom not seated securely. Carpet didn’t feel clean underneath my bare feet. WiFi was very weak and went out intermittently.

A good stay in Santa...

Liked: The hotel has a good position to easily reach Santa Barbara’s pier. The receptionist is kind and friendly. The room is quite an old-style one (especially the restroom) but is large and really clean.
Disliked: We got assigned a room that looks very different with the one posted on Booking. It was really an Old-style one but was good anyway. Parking is free but there is not enough space for all the guests so you need to look for a parking all around the hotel if arrived after the 10pm. Quite bothering.

I would not chosen this...

Liked: The room was clean. The bathroom could use freshening up. The AC controls were hard to reach. For the purposes of getting an overnight stay and shower the room was adequate and less expensive than bigger motels in the area.
Disliked: The sink faucet needed adjustment and the bathtub had damage in porcelain.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean and convenient for the price
Disliked: We experienced 2 power outages during our stay during the summer. One of the maids who came in to clean the room helped himself to my drink. And last but not least the a/c unit had a bad case of mold in the inside when you turn the unit on all you smell is mold.
