Good location. Easy access to and from SB Bowl. Allowed early check in at 12:30. Aaron was wonderful and very polite, professional and helpful.

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was courteous.
Disliked: Door knob was clearly break and there was a crack between the door and its frame. Did not feel safe and secure.

Nothing fancy but I love...

Liked: Great location, simple but comfortable and great price. I stay here about 10 times a year.
Disliked: No longer provide microwaves in the rooms.

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfy...

Liked: For the location, you can’t beat the value. Clean and comfy beds. Nothing more and nothing less but a fantastic base from which to explore Santa Barbara
Disliked: Bathroom couldn’t be been cleaner but at 140 bucks a night that feels like pedantry

Good location…glad there was coffee...

Liked: I loved the location, fridge, and extra blankets.
Disliked: The pillows were lumpy and there was no coffee maker.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: The location is very nice. They had free bikes you could borrow and we rode down State Street to the water, enjoying the view and getting to see more of the location. Could easily walk to multiple restaurants & shops. The person working at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The fireplace feature in the room was great.
Disliked: The bathroom and some of the room features were a little run down.

Really nice if

Liked: Convenient parking, cute design, comfortable bed and linens. Great coffee in room. Very quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Filthy rug under bed, had to wear shoes in the room to avoid touching it. If the rug were gone, I would have given full marks for cleanliness, but this was so gross! Also, you couldn’t turn on the shower without standing in it due to the layout, so you had to spray yourself with freezing cold water every time you showered.
