A good mid hotel very...

Liked: Staff and location.The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. A well positioned hotel overlooking the river and within 5 minute walk of the city centre.
Disliked: The bedroom room was on two level, which caused a fall. The split level floor should be mentioned in the booking detail. The staff responded with understanding to the problem by changing our room.

Fabulous hotel and service

Liked: Excellent hotel. The service was brilliant and such efficient maid service. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. Great room, views and facilities.
Disliked: Nothing.
