Will not be returning

Liked: The restaurant staff Ian Alex was amazing and one at the reception
Disliked: There was only one member of staff in reception which was to meet and greet. Given keys then find it yourself. He was running the bar and any other problems. Only got 2 Towels which i had to ask for fresh ones after 2 nights.

Liked: Nothing I didn’t stay and am pursuing a full refund
Disliked: No hot water No ventilation Dirty bed sheets.

Stressful worst stay in blackpool

Liked: Nothing good about property stay away property falling to bits
Disliked: Property dirty unsafe internet didn’t work had to move first room due to broken window curtains hanging down and very thin bedding dirty so didn’t sleep in bed no toilet roll had to ask for it no toiletries took them 2 days to bring them up after asking several times no towels when going down to ask was told they had no was waiting for them to come back from laundry the boy on reception was not bothered at all place needs closing
