Liked: I like the hotel because the staff are friendly and usually all guest are to this is one the nicer hotels in Blackpool i would highly recommend it to anyone
Disliked: They Is never anything I don't like about this hotel

Liked: Room clean comfy beds

Do not recommend!

Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: The bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival. There was diarrhoea from the previous guest left in the toilet. The shower was broken and was extremely difficult to turn on let alone change the temperature. The staff were not helpful whatsoever. The light was flickering all night. Luckily none of us have epilepsy!

Liked: Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: It was a bit noisy at night

Basic hotel with more than...

Disliked: Cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The hotel didn’t have a welcoming feel. Quite a run down hotel in desperate need of renovation.

This was our second year...

Liked: The restaurant staff Ian, Jamie and Phil were just incredible they made you feel more like friends than guests just above and beyond.

Liked: was neat,had an amazing view and location and the staff were really helpful
