Liked: Nothing. There wasn't parking as advertised. We were given keys for room. On the way to room the place stuck of weed. The room was disgusting. Filthy. Toilet still full and wouldn't flush. Dirty bed sheets. We left immediately the place is the dirtiest place I ever been and Booking.com should be held to account. I will take this further

Disliked: The facilities, toilet was leaking all over, taps was loose, glasses at breakfast want the most cleanest I've ever seen, but couldn't fault the food!

Shocking

Liked: Not much the first night we got there were were put into a room that was freezing cold and asked for a heater which we knew they had because there were ones in other rooms just not ours there was a group of us there and they all had one when we asked the night shift worker he said he didn’t know where the keys were and the place where the heaters were stored was locked that was in fact a lie and we were told this the next day by the day shift worker
Disliked: Was cold, dirty no entertainment there was 2 members of staff that we had throughout our stay Nathan who worked day shift who was pleasant and tried to help as much as he could but the staff that was nightshift didn’t want to be there didn’t want to help and was rude to paying customers when we got to our room there was mould on the ceiling and the toilet wasn’t clean it was disgusting

Liked: The location and the breakfast.
Disliked: The standard of cleanliness. Finding numerous bedbugs on the sheets to which the staff were indifferent. No manager available and it was suggested a cleaner could be sent up to investigate. It was pointed out to reception that the bed/room would need fumigating which was met with disbelief as ‘it had never happened before’. My stay there was cut short and a further room was booked at a nearby hotel. (Pics show the squashed bugs).

Liked: Loved the open space in the room and the more modern shower room. The breakfast staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I didn’t like the pictures posted stating a sea view room and then given a corner room which we could see the sea but that isn’t what was advertised. Was also put on special requests as it was a birthday stay so booked for in particular for this reason. Also there is parking onsite which is amazing however you have to pay for this separately and cash only. Didn’t like there was only 1 man on reception who was busy so seemed to be hard to take care of residents. No long mirror in the room, the plug between beds is to close to the floor so the plug doesn’t go on and no side table/lamp also the kettle didn’t fit in the sink to fill up with water which was odd but used the shower after we used our own bottle of water. Just felt odd. We didn’t know where the breakfast room was and came down in the morning and didn’t have a clue what was going on to find it on the 1st floor I think it was.
