Disliked: I intentionally booked a room in the president hotel and they insisted we stay in the sister hotel next door. Breakfast was way too limited and basic. Not buffet. They serve you your breakfast.

Liked: Lourdes, the lady at the front desk was amazing!! She was so friendly and even remembered my name.
Disliked: The bathroom was small

Liked: The staff was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful, especially Kevon who seemed to be there to assist, serve or just chat with us at all times during our stay. Thank you Kevon! The front desk was also very helpful and ready available. The location of the property was excellent. It is located near many of the activities in the area, with just a short walk. The breakfast was excellent and properly managed.
Disliked: The room was a bit smaller than usual and resulted in not being able to properly adjust the air conditioning.

Liked: I forgot my wallet and an amount of money in room 104. I called for two days and no one answered. Today, someone working at the reception answered and said we will ask the manager, but he did not care and called me. I am sure that I forgot it in the room. They told me that they did not find anything. They took the money and threw away the wallet and papers. Great negligence in the management and bad communication with them. It is not a safe hotel.
