Amazing place
Liked: Excellent location, lovely pub, good food, bedroom very nice and comfortable, lovely bathroom, very nice staff, very good breakfast.
Disliked: From the bedroom you can hear the music from downstairs and people sitting outside, but by 11 everything was quiet.

What stay - you cancelled...
Liked: It was very hard to like anything as when we turned up to check in, apparently our booking was cancelled by yourselves!!!
Disliked: To add insult to injury, you then ask me to review a room that you cancelled on us, (despite a confirmation email that my booking was confirmed). I use booking.com often, but no longer have any trust or faith that my booking will be honoured. Extremely disappointed and felt very let down.

Would definitely recommend!!!
Liked: Gorgeous location, lovely staff and great food. The breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Rooms above the bar are small if you have large suitcases (we are on a six week trip) but if just a weekend stay they would be fine. Other rooms on ground level would be more suitable if on a longer trip.

Great, friendly pub
Liked: Love the location, out in the sticks. Great on a sunny evening. Food is excellent and friendly staff. A lot of the food is listed as locally sourced . The kitchen is open plan, so you can watch your food being cooked
Disliked: Room (2) was above the bar/restaurant and was noisy, smells of cooking wafting in, music from downstairs is pretty loud in the room.Above said, it didn't stay noisy late

Such a lovely weekend break,...
Liked: The location is idyllic.
Disliked: Cold tapping particular was a bit tricky to turn off on the bath. (Room 5) Managed but both definitely need attention.

Superb
Liked: The location is incredible, surounded by scores of footpaths and big open fields with horses and cows. Right in the middle of the countryside! The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: I thought the room was a bit small, but not the end of the world! Wouldn't deter me from booking again.

Could be great.
Liked: Great looking pub, lovely area, perfect for walking.
Disliked: Bedroom didn’t have a TV, air conditioning or a lock on the inside of the bedroom door. The service was a bit stilted and strange throughout. The tapas was average at best and the pricing was just bizarre. I wish I had taken a photo of the £7 roasted peppers.
