Disliked: A lot of noise from near by pubs, bed was too soft, hotel needed a freshen up very grubby in parts

Relaxing stay, very clean, Best...

Liked: The breakfast was the best we have tasted in over 20 hotels. They only use local farm produce and you can clearly tell with every tasty mouthful. The staff are proud of their breakfast and it clearly knocks spots off the bigger brand hotels.The location was perfect for access to the promenade and its attractions and local shops.The staff were so welcoming. The bed was perfect for us. Value for money.
Disliked: The view from our room(112) on the first floor at the back of the hotel wasn't great but Llandudno is surrounded by lovely views so we can forgive that.
