The Portlander Inn and Marketplace

So glad we booked here!

Liked: We stayed here during a tournament at Delta Park. The staff and facilities were great and we appreciated having a hot breakfast included--plus a laundromat, and convenience store available on property. I also have to include a shout out for the shower pressure and temperature -- honestly one of the best hotel showers ever!
Disliked: We have no complaints about this property.

Exceptional

Great value, room, and breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was included and was not a buffet. Instead you get to choose from a small menu that is made to order. Generous portions. Room is clean and there is a 50 inch TV at the end of the bed. Enjoyed watching the NBA playoff that night. Parking is easy, free, and felt very secure.

Welcoming and Pleasant

Liked: Excellent, friendly service, staff went above and beyond to make the stay very welcoming! :)Breakfast included was a lovely touch. The complex had it’s advantages, with plenty of ammenities all in the one place.

Liked: The hotel is one part of a large installation to support truck drivers. So, the complex also includes, among other things, a laundry, a movie theater, a bank, a post office, and a large restaurant. All of the facilities seem brand new. My hotel room was exceptionally comfortable. Happily, the shower omits the bathtub, making it much safer and roomier to use.
Disliked: As a truck support facility, there are a lot of large vehicles constantly in motion. They're not noisy, but any driver of a small car is advised to navigate the parking lot carefully.
