Liked: Staff was amazing! Super Clean Hotel & A Beautiful Pool & Jacuzzi! Highly recommended if visiting portland it is located in a calm area of downtown walking distance restaurants as well it was amazing!

Liked: Lovely service by the cleaning staff. Hotel is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: As others have also reviewed, the lack of a fitted bottom sheet or one that even remotely fits the mattress is a significant issue.Also unimpressed with the daily destination charge not being made verbally clear could be redeemed with tokens for in-house food and beverage. This should be explicitly stated while checking in. We were told this would be refunded alongside the room deposit if we didn't use the tokens/credits. Turned out not to be the case and the reception staff had no interest in acknowledging we had been given incorrect information. Would not stay again due to the lack of understanding or discussion on this issue.

Overall my stay was good....

Liked: Great location near the waterfront.
Disliked: Too many lights in the room. The bed frame had backlights and the lights have small blue lights that are very bright at night. There was also a motion light in the bathroom that came on when you went into the bathroom. If you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it’s really jarring to have a bright light turn on, especially since there is a nightlight in the bathroom.
