A cute B&B in Georgetown

Liked: The location is great. Could walk a good part of Georgetown and see all of the charm. M Street shopping and the Georgetown Harbor as well as Dumbarton House and Gardens were super easy to get to.
Disliked: I had room 7. In the basement. Dark, dungeon-like even if you didn’t close the blinds so that the access stairs and the “secret garden” guests couldn’t see into the room. Also- every footstep in the main hallway and every sound from room 5 above were amplified in the room.

Liked: Loved the facility and comfort, location in quiet part of Georgetown was great
Disliked: Booking through corp. travel, I expected a 'hotel' experience and was surprised by the self check-in.The difference between very good and great would have been a deadbolt on the door. Without there being 24 hour staff, as a single traveler, I didn't like that there wasn't a chain or other lock to secure the door.

Liked: Great place to stay, extremely friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Disliked: Isolation from upstairs flooring was not the best, could hear squeaky floors a lot.
