Wouldn't return

Liked: I liked the price, the fact that we could check in very late and the size of the room and bed. The gentleman on the desk was polite and efficient. Parking is near the entrance. We got a free upgrade from booking.com and the room was big. There was no smells, the floors seemed clean. The staff I saw the next morning were friendly.
Disliked: There was blood on the pillowcase and huge orange food stain across the duvet. And I mean, unwashed blood - fresh, dried blood. The stain I could forgive but blood stains are completely unacceptable. I am a cleaner for several properties and I would NEVER have offered that up no matter how desperate I was! We got in really late after a very long drive, which is the only reason I didn't say anything because I just needed to go to sleep and be up early. I would much rather have had a tiny, clean room than a massive unclean room. Sorry to give a low score, if the covers hadn't been in such a state I would have said that this place is great value for money.

Liked: The exterior of the place.
Disliked: Hygiene was extremely poor. There was no Wi-Fi at all in our room.

A perfect stay

Liked: It was my partner s birthday and he was returning to his childhood home after more than 20 years the staff couldn't do enough for us everyone was amazing, the room was beautiful the food was delicious we were sad to leave.
Disliked: Everything, the warmth of the staff the comfort of the room the food everything was fantastic
