The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel

Overall it was a convenient location considering the short walking distance to the venue (Francis Field). Other than the train tracks right behind the room, the air conditioner kept turning off and on every 5-10 minutes which was quite annoying for a light sleeper, even after numerous drinks throughout the night prior to sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again but make sure I was not facing the train tracks where the noise from it wasn't so apparent.

Disliked: Train tracks literally right behind hotel room on other side of parking lot; A/C issues.

We checked in around 4:00pm. We were right away eaten up by fleas. We were leaving for concert at 5:00 and told the desk. They said they would spray while we were gone. Returned at midnight and were bitten by fleas all night. In the two rooms next to ours, the people were coming and going all night until about 3:30 in the morning, as well as yelling and just plain noisy. The worst hotel experience I've had in 40 years.

Liked: Location was perfect, not far from attractions.
Disliked: Property wasn't that clean. Hot tub had a sign on it from the state saying it was not safe to go in. The pool was dirty. Ice machine in room was worthless.

Disliked: It was not clean, and when packing up the next day, we opened up the closet space, and we found a roach.
