Very good

Liked: Front desk staff was great. Especially Olivia. Very kind and friendly. Pool and Hot Tub always great. Location perfect for everything.
Disliked: No microwave in the rooms. All hotels should have at least the basics.

Enjoyed the stay - great...

Liked: Loved the vibe of the place, staff very friendly, found out later about the castle and it's history, so will check out the restaurant next visit. A very nice place overall - nice location, enjoyed pool and hot tub apres ski.
Disliked: Room was too hot - had to figure out the thermostat at 1:30 am, but did that and cooled it down. Only complaint at all is that both of us had allergies as carpet needed a good thorough cleaning and drying - probably pretty old.

Liked: The pool and hot tub were great
Disliked: The arcade was pretty dated, could have some new machines

A nice family mountain with...

Liked: No significant lift lines, attentive lift attendants. Good variety, including some nice glades and challenging double diamonds.
Disliked: Some lifts weren’t open. Didn’t matter much as it wasn’t crowded. Oh..the French fries were too salty.
