Disappointing

Liked: It was close to everything!
Disliked: It wasn't that clean, out of date, the elevators felt like they were going to fall and were very loud, and the elevators expiration date said 8/2024. The bedding had not been changed, and there was hair in the bed.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and spacious
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't bring extra towels after being asked. No breakfast offered even though booking said there would be breakfast included. I booked s room with a balcony and wasn't given one. And with all the road construction going on it was very difficult to actually find the hotel.

Would not return

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Handle on bathroom door was broken. Tv didn’t work when we got there. Had to call maintenance to get it turned on. Room only had 2 towels upon checkin. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Had to go down to request more towels. To get ice you have to take your buckets to the front desk and they fill it for you.

Liked: Washer made really bad noise when doing clothes. Our sliding door didn't lock. Neither phone in room worked to call down stairs. But other than that it was good.
Disliked: See above

Great location if your going...

Liked: I love the location. We were very close to the Disney parks and plenty of food and retail options near by
Disliked: I didn’t like the idea of no continental breakfast, for the price of the stay I feel at least that should have been included or have room service available. My blender in my room was dirty, it has a huge chunk of cheese stuck underneath it. The elevator was having some technical difficulties however the issue was resolved right away. overall it was a great stay wonderful I would return.

Liked: The rooms were very clean everybody was so friendly The rooms were gorgeous I just really had a good time I really enjoyed myself thank you

Liked: The size of the room
Disliked: The construction which should have been specified it took me 45 min to get into the parking lot because of the detours , the staff was not knowledgeable about anything in the area , the elevator was on the fritz very unwelcoming to say the least the knob in the shower was loose so it kept sliding down to the hot and it almost burnt my son we couldn't even use a luggage cart without a license
