Wth?
Liked: The pool and balcony and pond
Disliked: The elevators, I got really uncomfortable when a man that worked there took a video without asking me as I was entering the elevator and it was just me and him.. weird awkward men..Mold was around the windows. It was so hot throughout the hotel like they was to cheap to have A/C on outside of the rooms.

Cannot Judge a Book by...
Liked: They had advertised that breakfast for one person was included, that did not happen and no hotel menu. Location was good, and TV was basic, no apps or Netflix accesses if you wanted it. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was low. Now the staff was wonderful, especially Jaylene, she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Disliked: What I like was the location and staff.

Disliked: The sheets were badly stained with a dark brown substance. The TV in the room did not work. I didn't reach out to the front office as it was a one-night stay but not up to par.

Another great stay at The...
Liked: I usually stay here a couple of times throughout the year for 2 weeks at a time and it never disappoints. Big, clean, modern apartments with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lovely facilities such as pool, bar, gym and lots of parking available. I love the location being so close to Idrive and Universal. Great for solo travellers, I always feel safe here even coming back late at night. What truly makes The Point Hotel and Suites so great though is the wonderful staff! I always feel like I'm coming back to my 2nd home seeing all the familiar and friendly faces. Big shout out to Tiffany who is always there with a big smile on her face ready to help. I always look forward to seeing her at reception during my stays. Also a big thank you this time to Yashika who consistently helped me throughout my trip. Always so friendly, approachable and helpful. Overall another great stay at this hotel and will be booking in for later in the year again.
Disliked: I don't really have many negatives as I love it here, but the water pressure in the showers is quite poor and has been for a long time now.
