Disappointed

Liked: The staff were great, location is spot on
Disliked: The room was tiny and really cold. The heating didn’t work but we did have a temporary heater but it didn’t reach the floor from the socket

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: No signal, WiFi didn't work, too small, too echoey, weird smell, bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It's not worth the price we paid, unfortunately.

Overnight Arena stayover.

Liked: Staff friendly very clean basic overnight room ideal for Docks Arena venue. Storage for mums walker at reception as we were downstairs. Fortunately mum is ok with stairs as long as a rail is there. Others may struggle. Lift for upper floors.
Disliked: Noisy inside, showers running after 2am for ages only complaint. Room size as expected as it is a Pod hotel.
