Liked: Exactly what was needed for my stay in Devon. Room was great size, provided tea, coffee, water, shower gel/shampoo and towels.Facilities were great and the bed super comfy. Second time staying here, reccommend. Great hotel and a short walk to station/sea front. Perfect location.

Pleasant stay in Paignton.

Liked: Pleasant and helpful host. Nice view from room, king size bed was excellent, plenty of tea, sugar & coffee.
Disliked: No option for breakfast, but nothing else to speak of.

Liked: Lovely welcoming owners, felt comfortable and enjoyed every minute of the stay. Bed was super comfy and the breakfast was very good. Good value for money and in a good location near the beach. Spotless and we will be returning :)

Disliked: Cramped room not much storage water pressure was bad room lock was faulty was told it was OK had a locksmith for new lock after 3rd day don't know how it's rated 9.6 I would say 5 it was only hotel with vacancies our whole 9 day stay had to keep asking for loo roll wouldn't recommend to anyone
