Lovely hotel in a great...
Liked: Really lovely hotel just a short walk from the beach. The room was quite small for 3 adults and one teenager so it became a little frustrating but we should have probably chosen a larger room! The decor was lovely and the smell as you entered was amazing. The pool area was great and whilst the gym was small it did the job. You can also use the rooftop pool at the sister hotel a couple of mins walk away (you can probably also use their gym). There is a public parking garage a couple of mins walk away that was secure and was only £26 for two nights.
Disliked: Room was quite small and our view over the pool was spoilt by the overgrown plants

Quiet, family atmosphere hotel with...
Liked: Beautiful and clean hotel i very good localization near by the beach. The crew was so helpful and very nice, especially on the check in desk and bar tender. I was surprised the was sunscreen close to pool for guests. Pool was nice and clean , big enough for small amount of the guests.
Disliked: Breakfast was very good but not in the same building, it was farther then we expected. It would nice if there would be also more choice on Breakfast

A very disappointing stay
Disliked: The pool's excessive chlorine concentration caused significant damage to our belongings and one of our children's hair. Specifically, it bleached our swimming shorts, a swimsuit, and a WHOOP wristband. More seriously, it severely damaged one of our daughter's hair, requiring her to undergo a costly treatment upon our return to the UK.On two separate occasions, we raised our concerns with the front desk staff, but were dismissed and told that no one else had complained. We were then incorrectly advised to take the issue up with Booking.com.The rooms were very small and we were not all on the same floor. One family had to move twice!

Poo splats. Noisy. Staff secretly...
Liked: Leaving
Disliked: .I had a shower as soon as got to the room, 121, as I glanced down, I noticed dried poo splats all over the side of the toilet and immediately informed reception. The receptionist’s reaction was ‘someone will get fired for this’ and seemed more concerned about that than anything else. When I got back to my room, the cleaner was there already. She was laughing which I thought odd and was cleaning up my wet towel rather than the toilet, and so I had to point out the poo that was still there. She cleaned it and left.Despite feeling totally grossed out, I tried to just forget it by getting some sleep. The walls are paper thin so there was noise from all around - music blared all night, and there was a vent above us that shook and clanged every time someone walked above us, waking us throughout the night. The hotel experience was so miserable that by the morning that I asked for a refund. Management refused, because the cleaner that had been laughing had SECRETLY FILMED our bathroom with her own PERSONAL PHONE without telling/asking us. My two children and husband had been in the room at the time, and she had made it look like she was texting management. In the video, she only filmed the top of the toilet (the lid open and then on the lid closed), not the side of the toilet where the poo spats were. Therefore this was clearly a DELIBERATE act of misrepresentation to make us look like liars. I’ve never been treated so terribly as a consumer anywhere in the world. Also it’s against the law for an employee to film your hotel room without your consent, so not only do we feel disgusted and disrespected but also violated. What did my family and I do to deserve such treatment?
