Ok accommodation except low water...
Liked: The room was comfortable as was the bed.
Disliked: Main issue was the water pressure in the shower barely a trickle!!

Filthy dirty won't be back
Liked: Parts of building had real character.
Disliked: Very dirty. Black mould very fresh so not been wiped. Scale on shower enclosure so refused to use. Floors of bathroom grubby and bedroom clearly not hoovered for some time Shame building had potential. Furniture in bedroom Scrappy a paint and varnish would refresh Hallway carpet Black with grease.

Liked: Room was very attractive . Dinner was good pub grub but due to shortage of staff service was very slow . Breakfast eas not available due to chef illness
Disliked: The young staff were excellent but the whole feel to the place was lack of management by somebody who cared . Window frame paintwork was dreadful and the finish on shower room fittings was poor which was such a shame as the room itself was very nicely decorated .

Disappointing and let down.
Liked: nothing.
Disliked: - There was no free wifi as advertised and this was very unhelpful as we were traveling for work. - When we first got there the room was made up for a single queen when we requested, and had had approved, a twin room - As we arrived late most nights, being there on work, (8pm-9pm) we were shocked that there was no food available past 7:30pm when they are advertised as stopping serving at 11pm. we had no hot food the entire stay here as we weren't even offered to book for a breakfast, even though this was advertised and we would have been happy to pay the extra. - On night one the toilet was not working we had to manually flush it. had to go down in the morning for someone to get it fixed whilst we were out during the day- The fire door entrance and exit was not locked at all and could be accessed by anyone without a fob and was very insecure- On day two we woke up there was no hot water at all and when we left at 10am we told the staff and we were informed that they had "only just" come in and found out about this but the hot water had been off for us from 8:30am at least. We were not informed nor compensated for this at all and there were no real apologies and the staff were rather rude about it- We had stayed for three nights and the rooms were not serviced at all even though there was a sign in the room saying if we wanted clean towels leave them in the shower tray, which we did due to having no hot water and having to strip wash. Again had to go down to the bar staff to get more towels and give them the wet ones. - There was mould in the shower tray- There was damp in the bathroom - There was no real storage to unpack into as there was a cot bed stored in the wardrobe and no chest of draws in the room so had to live out of a suitcase- Had to ask bar staff on first night for an iron and ironing board even though these are normally quite standard for hotels - Some of the plugs were not working in the room at all
