Fantastic sized, comfortable room.

Liked: Just a half hour walk into York centre. The staff were friendly, informative and polite. We had lunch and a full breakfast the following day and the food was very tasty and of a decent size portion. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. My husband found the bed too firm for him, but still slept well. I found it very comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.
Disliked: The toilet tissue in our en suite was a little on the thin, scratchy side.

Liked: Great location and amazing food! We had the Sunday roast. People very friendly.
Disliked: We visited in August and despite having a fan in the room, it was quite hot and uncomfortable to sleep.
