Fully enjoyed the stay, fully...

Liked: Good parking, on the main road to city centre. Hotel was good, excellent food and service
Disliked: Room was very hot

Perfect for our one night...

Liked: Breakfast was hot and fresh straight from the kitchen. Dinner was excellent & delicious with a great choice. Room was comfortable and fans provided to keep cool. Staff were friendly, attentive and pleasant with the service professional and efficient.

Great York Stay

Liked: Very comfortable bed, great shower, good food, staff very friendly
Disliked: The toaster needs replacing, I'm sure they can afford a decent toaster for their guests

Liked: Everything was perfect . The bed was comfortable the room was clean and decorated beautifully. Food amazing large portions. Free parking . Lovely breakfast. M friendly staff . I will definitely be back . Thank you ♥️

Liked: Lovely old pub. Close to bus stop. Staff very helpful. Plenty of onsite parking.
Disliked: More lighting needed in room. Not able to open window.

Superb

Liked: The staff were great and the room was spotless. Breakfast was nice. The bar had a nice atmosphere and was comfortable.
Disliked: The food in the bar was a tad below par. The chips were brown indicating a change of fat was likely needed but the portion sizes were generous.
