Top shelf but sewer smell...

Liked: The decor is top shelf, very nice, as was the room
Disliked: There was a sewer problem: the hall to our room smelled and the workout room in the basement was really bad. We were there for one night and I’m glad — my wife found the smell pretty severe. We noted this and received free breakfast (which was outstanding); they would have done better to give us a free room for a future stay, I do not believe we will stay there again.

Liked: Not only were the staff efficient, professional and personable, they were caring of my demented cousin who i was traveling with. They were polite and protective and lively. Above and beyond.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Great hotel.

SPECTACULAR

Liked: We loved EVERYTHING about The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park. The cleanliness, the decor, the history, but most importantly the staff!!! They were so kind and helpful. Jaime in Ambar was beyond incredible. He treated us with such courtesy and as if we were his best friends telling us about the history of the hotel and answering all of our questions. We also enjoyed fantastic crafted cocktails and a spectacular ribeye at the Ambar. We definitely will be returning to The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park.
Disliked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
