The Plaza Hotel a Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Liked: For an old building it was in good shape, and very clean.
Disliked: No, not at all. Thought the music in the bar was loud but I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me one.

Bad

Disliked: Area was extremely unsafe around and on property. We had to cancel our stay here.

Below average stay

Liked: Breakfast.. The location is in downtown.
Disliked: I had booked double room with double bed while I got a very small room with double beds. It was congested. Had to pay another $8 for parking. The parking was bit away from the hotel so the family had to carry their stuff all the way. No microwave in the room which is very uncommon. Had to go to two floors down to heat up the food in the common kitchen..

Quaint restored downtown hotel, great...

Liked: If you are travelling by car, this might not be the place for you. The parking lot is right outside the doors to a liquor store and bar in downtown Kamloops. We chose not to stay as we had a lot of stuff in our car and couldn’t risk a break in.
