Easy fixes required

Liked: Location , breakfast was a good option and reasonable prices.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was getting very tired when you consider it seems a relatively recent build.The bathroom floor was lifting ( it was a waterproof layer)The shower was grubby with mildew and mould forming around the edges and modern cleaning products would cure the simple issue.There was a large settlement crack in the bedroom visible at head height, again a simple repair.The Room just needed a deep clean and some tlc.(Room 29)I think the Directors/owners should walk the rooms occasionally and come up with a game plan to ensure cleanliness is addressed and a reasonable quality is achieved to an expected standard for paying clients.There seemed to be a lack of management generally throughout the establishment as we asked to speak to a manager and one could not be found.The bar staff were pleasant and friendly.

Liked: Great location. It's my first time staying at a golf course. Quite nice!

Disappointing and dirty.

Liked: location and the onsite staff
Disliked: it wasn’t clean. the radiators were centrally controlled and off. No way of drying clothes after a long day working outside. Missing basic provisions in the room. Needed soundproofing. Golf activities woke me up early the following morning.

If you need a bed...

Liked: Convenient for M4 and going to and from Bath or Bristol
Disliked: Bedrooms are all function with little or no comfort No bedside lamps? Beds lumpy, toiletries in bathroom from the 1980’s as were the vinyl bathroom floor and shower curtain Staff were pleasant on check in
