Liked: The hotel and room were great including the pool facility.
Disliked: The hotel had "lost" our Booking.com reservation. They did however find it and got us checked in and provided a late check-out of 3 PM which was very much appreciated. However, this was not noted in the file and we were contacted around 1:30 PM about when we were checking out. All got resolved, but not efficient. We also had the safe in the room fail, it was repaired, but would have been a problem with an early departure. All in all though, a good stay.

Liked: Amazing hotel just off the strip. Excellent food and drink prices during happy hour! We got a complimentary upgrade, the staff were all brilliant and so kind.Would 100% recommend this hotel to people.

Liked: Everything, the location to the strip was perfect I love that I could park on my floor and you needed a key card to enter the building made me feel very secure

Great location to attend concert...

Liked: Great location, close to the Sphere and strip. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was quiet & clean, the bed was comfy, and we appreciated the balcony. This will be my first hotel choice in Vegas.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was absolutely huge, basically a nice apartment. The location was pretty good, a 15 minute walk to the strip (via a not very pleasant large road but that's Vegas for you).Michael at the front desk was very helpful and fun.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable, but the room was kind of noisy (drone from utilities).

Liked: Is pet friendly, love it! And this hotel have little spave for pets in parking area.. is great! To take out our dogs
Disliked: Everything is great! Nothing bad to say
