Excellent, first time in Scotland...

Liked: Very nice, staff really helpful, shower was powerful
Disliked: Nothing

Somewhat disappointing, but it would...

Liked: Good location, friendly and pleasant staff, and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The bedroom remained very warm, despite the limited-opening windows and use of a fan supplied. For the price paid (£411 inc breakfast) for one night, a better solution for cooling should be stanadard.

Loved the hotel, but need...

Liked: Great location, very helpful staff, room was modern and although small had everything you need.
Disliked: The only negative we had was the mattress, so uncomfortable. Its such a shame as the rest of our stay was excellent, unfortunately, would probably prevent us from booking again.

Great stay and we had...

Liked: Good location, extremely friendly and helpful staff who changed our room for the second night,the breakfast menu was excellent.
Disliked: Unfortunately I had heart surgery recently and after arriving we found our room was on the second floor and I found getting up to the room difficult as there wasn’t a lift.

Close to airport tram and...

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located in relation to the tram to the airport and to the portrait gallery of the National Museums of Scotland. Walking to the buzz of Princes Street took me about 20 minutes. Compared to other hotels in the more central part of the city and considering the busy festival period, this hotel offered value for money.
Disliked: I had to climb up two flights of stairs to get to my single room. No aircondition against heat (and windows do not open so it was fairly hot inside the small room.
