perfect place to stay with...

Liked: The room had a treasure hunt for the kids and had a family room with games, books and lots of thigs to do we absolutely loved it , and we each got pancakes with our names on them
Disliked: we loved everything that was there

Location very good.

Liked: We stayed 2 nights at this facility, owner staff was very helpful and nice. Location is great. Parking at the location was helpful even for additional price is ok. Owner prepares breakfast pancake in a personalized way was nice.
Disliked: The facility needs a lot of improvement, it is an old building like many buildings in this city but it definitely needs a lot of maintenance and TLC, the room was dark, wall decoration is peeling and lack of paint, ceiling has visible humidity and leaking signs at room and bathroom, mattress on bunk beds not comfortable, restroom was not very clean, towels very old, room seems not very clean, the ac at night was extremely cold we had to close the vents since no thermostat in the room, room has no tv, but a small fridge, restroom exhaust vent was clogged and dirty, it feels very humid inside building. The reality is that it has very low value for the money, I paid about $200 per night including parking, it seems high price for what the place offered in comparison with other facilities. The reservation was non refundable.

Liked: The location can’t be beat! Just a few steps from everything you want to do & see in St. Augustine!
Disliked: If you can’t walk up stairs, you can’t stay here. But that’s not a negative.

Historic Treasure

Liked: It is in historic downtown St Augustine !!!! It is Pirate Themed !!! They make personalized pancakes !!! There's an outdoor dining area on the roof. A family living room with a big screen TV, board games, and toys (pirate ships). A fully stocked kitchen if you care to cook. They keep ice water in the fridge. The king bed was comfy. There are bunk beds too. Jenny is a fantastic host !!!
Disliked: This is an old building so it does creak and moan a bit. No TV in the individual rooms but wifi is available so bring your electronics. Parking. I, personally, did not have a problem with these things but, in the interest of honest reviews, I felt I should mention them.

Fun, convenient, and affordable with...

Liked: Location was amazing with free parking available. Host was amazingly friendly and helpful. Fun activities for kids.
Disliked: If you are looking for all brand new appliances and a modern feel this isn't for you. It has more of a rustic charm.
