OK, but wouldn?t rush back.

Liked: Good location, close to centre of town. Staff helpful and allowed early check in. Room was clean and well presented.
Disliked: But, dinner was not available on the Monday that I stayed. Likewise, neither was a cooked breakfast, with only a pretty slim continental available. Shower had very low pressure/trickle and digital TV signal was too weak to watch/kept breaking up. Requested a VAT receipt on check in, was told it would be available on check out, then it still wasn?t, and was told would be emailed, still hasn?t a couple of days later. Shame that these very simple and rather basic expectations couldn?t be met by what was otherwise a decent hotel.

A warm welcome.

Liked: The young lady that looks after reception and serving breakfast and bar, was a credit to the hotel . A quaint almost hidden away little gem in a great location for exploring Glasgow and within easy reach of everything.Great breakfast and offered a wee dram on the house at check in.
