Highly recommend!

Liked: Super clean and cosy in a very quiet area. Breakfast was amazing and you had a choice of about 8 options from a menu.
Disliked: Honestly nothing

Pleasant

Liked: Could take booking as we only decided to stay in Glasgow at last minute.
Disliked: Couldn't get breakfast as was down at 7.45 nothing was ready was our fault as didn't realise breakfast was from. 8 but was working so had to leave even though had paid for breakfast, unfortunate..Also bar was closed very early on the Sunday night again probably our fault as didn't realise closed early as we have stayed previously.

A comfortable weekend in a...

Liked: A bit different to your run-of-the-mill city hotel. Nice location close to the centre and the underground. Breakfast was perfectly cooked. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We hardly heard a bagpipe during our stay!
Disliked: Be aware that stairs must be climbed to all the bedrooms, so not a suitable choice for those with limited mobility. Water pressure to the shower was a bit weak (possibly due to being on the third floor).

Disliked: Nothing. Just needed more milk for my numerous cups of tea.

Very good

Liked: Location was good for us, next to bus station and central. Cosy feel. Lovely bar.Hotel staff were friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: Our room was tired and very much in need of a refresh. And very small. However these issues were of no significance to us only staying 1 night. No toast at breakfast as standard. And no fresh water available, only juices. Service was 'meh' during breakfast.

Great value and full of...

Liked: Very good location, really friendly staff and a great breakfast. Much more character than the big chain hotels in the city centre and definitely much better value for money! I would stay again for sure.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very weak and some people may not like the steps up to the rooms (though I don't mind that)
