Liked: Location was great for where we wanted to visit in the New Forest, accommodation lovely, really enjoyed the little extras in our room & appreciated the bottles of water, full english breakfast was perfect & staff welcoming & very accommodating :)

Liked: The food was very average, typical pub food.
Disliked: Despite emailing the Pilgrims 2 times I did not get a reply to a request, very poor communication. We were leaving early the following morning and requested a cold breakfast tray, because the email was not replied to we then asked in the pub, only to be told they could only provide dry granola, no milk, no orange juice, extremely disappointing as we had stayed here before and the staff were more than happy to assist on that occasion.

Disliked: Dirty sugar bowl and tray full dust curtins were not fitted with hooks, so light was still coming through the window.so didn't get full night sleep .toilet seat lid had chip. Breakfast poor quality ingredients.for £150.00 pound night. I expect the room to be high standard.and better Breakfast.didnt expect member staff entering room as my husband was walking out shower not even sorry
