Disliked: Santa Monica near the pier has gone downhill so a lot of homeless outside which is not great

Disliked: If the bed would have been against the opposite wall we would have had view in the ocean. No we had view on ugly roofs. A bit a shame

Disliked: VERY ezpensive valet only parking. Noisy rooms , both ourselves and our friends had to be moved due to the extreme noise of the bathroom air extraction system. Found hotel to be pretentious and expensive. Wish I had done a little more research before booking. Directly opposite a McDonalds that was full of down on their luck people. Not a problem in itself but the place stank. Would not recommend

Disliked: The daily rate is fair for the location, but the hotel doesn't make anything easier, high breakfast prices, exorbitant parking and an extra fee of 40 dollars per day is added to your bill, in other words, prepare your pocket because this hotel knows how to charge very well.

Liked: Location, staff, and cleanliness were perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Liked: The view was beautiful from our room. It was relatively quiet, very clean, and the staff were all friendly. The location is perfect and there are a lot of food and activities within walking distance. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay (this was a big deal considering we didn’t know the area well and had some hesitations.)
