Disappointing experience

Liked: The receptionist was understanding and did upgrade us to the deluxe room. Sadly the deluxe wasnt so deluxe. The bed was broken and the room could do with a deeper clean
Disliked: We got moved to another room and this room had bedbugs and mites

Badly run hotel.

Liked: This is one of the worst hotels. No Mattress protector?? NO WC paper, Dilapidated decorations, plaster coming off ceiling / walls. Dirty walls. When we complained the housekeeper said that they had run out of mattress protectors? I suggested that they remake the bed with two under sheets, on deliberation she said we should leave and get a refund. Something nasty in one of the bedside cabinates. Worn out matress. Dead bird on roof and disguarded nest. I suggested that they give us an hour to look elsewhere. Whilst out of the hotel they phone us twice to hurry us up and pack our belongings.Very rude, don’t stay there.

Nice and comfortable

Liked: We stay in sea view deluxe room was nicely decorated and pier was just a cross the road it was lovely weather and it was great having a small fridge and fan in room too
Disliked: Couldn’t get parking tickets for H zone from them until after 2 pm as no one on reception until then ,but it wasn’t a problem still managed to park near as we got there early to spend day before checking in
