Room not what I’d booked...

Liked: Staff and food
Disliked: I booked a room in main building, only to arrive and be told we were in the annex, same thing also happened to another couple

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, great quality furnishings, riverside location, good food and access to a building next door which served as an excellent communal centre. The room was comfortably heated and the bedding was sumptuous.
Disliked: Can't think of anything to improve
