Excellent Hotel - Great location

Liked: Hotel sits on the harbour front with a lovely view across the river if you book a sea view. Staff all very polite and helpful. Dinning experience excellent with a good menu. The Breakfast was lovely good choice and all freshly cooked. Free off road parking. Would highly recommend if looking for a hotel in the area.

Average at best.

Liked: Poor. Overcooked fried eggs - were replaced. Bacon charred.Staff indifferent. Our last stay was excellent. This time it was poor.
Disliked: Attentive staff in the dining room. Quality of breakfast could be improved.Surely overcooked eggs were apparent??

Very good

Liked: This is a lovely hotel, buzzing in the evening, quiet through the night, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I had a lovely quiet room at the back of the second building, however, it was very very hot and the window was unopenable. I had the a/c unit that was provided on all night and it was still very hot in the morning. Outside the air temperature and sea breeze were lovely so it was a shame that I wasn't able to open the window and cool the room down.
