Exceptional

Basic but ok

Liked: Good location, big living room
Disliked: Very basic and small bed with no curtain, small rooms.

Best hostel I've stayed in

Liked: Quite simply the best hostel I've ever stayed in, I extended my time there multiple times. The location is great, very close to everything in Hobart, including buses. Beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is spacious and multiple people can use it at the same time. But the best feature of the Pickled Frog is the common areas. They're spacious and clean, and allow people to chat very easily. The lounge areas are a brilliant part of this hostel. There's also loads of activity nights that people actively participate in and which eases interactions. No other hostel has come remotely close to the Pickled Frog.
Disliked: The bathroom isn't great and the WiFi was dodgy when I was there, those are the reasons I haven't given this place a 10.

Liked: Great people working there, the guy at the reception was so kind.
Disliked: The rooms smells a little bit bad, as well, are 14 people sleeping in the same place, so is understandable.
