The Pfister Hotel

Overall, great stay. Only issue was upon check out. I had paid for the room in advance, yet received a bill for $250. It was my name and room, but nothing else matched. The front desk was not helpful and almost rude. It was their mistake and they cleared it up. Not a single, "I'm sorry". The word, sorry, goes a long way with me. Check your bill on the way out!

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: Bad taste left with the final billing process.

Liked: Excellent staff, excellent location for Summerfest.
Disliked: Having to pay for Internet from the room.

Milwaukee a pleasant surprise!

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel steeped in history. The staff are friendly and especially the conciërge who was extremely helpful in providing me with useful information and tips. My room, 324, was large and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent.
Disliked: However much I liked my room I did not like the fact that it was facing the street which at times was noisy.

We love the Pfister!

Liked: Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff! This was one of many family stays at the Pfister and each time we leave happy and wanting to return.
