If you are looking for...

Liked: The location, the bar and the bedroom with balcony - although no air-conditioning. Nice reception staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was basic -0k but not worth the expense. We had paid the full hotel rate so I didn't appreciate being told the breakfast rules - not very politely, and to put my cup and plate away after breakfast(!) The management cannot decide if it is a hotel or a hostel. We paid the price of a hotel with the facilities and service of a youth hostel. No safe in the room- but told the room was 100 % safe, otherwise there were lockers in the basement for the hostel residents. The bar staff were a bit too relaxed - no one appeared to be officially on duty in the afternoon.

Liked: The hostel was incredibly clean. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned very well daily! Room was spacious. Block out curtains, charging ports, and bunk light were all appreciated.
Disliked: Shower water only ran for 10 seconds at a time before you needed to restart it. The lack of air conditioning/fan in the rooms was really quite poor given how hot the city is in summer. A little bit annoying that luggage storage for guests was at a cost

perfect for family

Liked: This room worked great for my husband and teen for 3 days in Paris. The room was large with a good shower.
Disliked: It was hot when we were there, and it was very warm with no AC. We opened the door to the balcony, and that helped a lot during the night to sleep.

Great and safe!

Liked: I stayed in a female room during my solo trip and felt extremely safe.The hostel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very well located.
