Clean, nice staff, and good...

Liked: Very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Easy check in and check out process. The location was very good as there is a nearby metro station, so even far away destinations were not so hard to reach.
Disliked: The first night there was some loud roommates, but the other nights were just fine.

Passable

Liked: Friendly staff and decent atmosphere
Disliked: It could do better with comfort and cleanliness small details like providing a towel make huge difference. The room was freezing (air condition) - the whole building smelt of "hostel"

Liked: An awesome hostel! The staff were great and the building was very lively. Clean bathrooms, great hostel rooms (curtains, plugs), and a nice location.

Liked: Honestly the hostel is fantastic. I felt safe in the building. I slept so deeply.
Disliked: The neighborhood is sketchy and there’s nothing that the hostel can do about that…

Extremely disappointing

Disliked: The room was dirty. The bed so uncomfortable I got back ache. The breakfast which I had paid for for 4 days I could not eat as only contained dairy & wheat. ( I’m allergic to both). The staff - some were charming and others so rude. The bathrooms were also dirty. I left after one night, complained to the manager and got told NO refund would be given even for the breakfast - a sure sign I had made the right decision to leave .
