The Pennington Hotel

Excellent

Liked: Breakfast was superb. Room was very comfortable. Bar and dining area are excellent. Reception desk needs to be manned around the vacation time for rooms.It was our 3rd visit and we will be back.
Disliked: Around checking out time the reception desk should be manned specially if customers have added items to their room and need to pay.

Liked: Hotel was in a lovely quiet location. Room and bathroom was a good size
Disliked: Service in the restaurant/ breakfast was slow. Confusion over the breakfast time. We were told breakfast started later than it actually did.

Disliked: The rooms were a bit old and needed new windows showers etc

Liked: The staff were excellent especially Tamara who never stopped working ,the food was very good and the room was lovely and bright. My wife and myself would definitely recommend. the Pennington to anyone who wants to be looked after, thank you everyone at the hotel

What a great find!

Liked: From the moment we checked in and spoke with the friendly staff,we knew we'd found a great hotel.We'd booked a suite and couldn't find any fault. Offering both kettle for instant coffee/tea as well as a Lor coffee machine. Food was both hot and freshly cooked and very well priced.
Disliked: N/A
