The Penn Stroud Stroudsburg - Poconos Ascend Hotel Collection

Penn Stroud is a great hotel in a perfect location. So many fun bars and restaurants on Main Street and the Sherman Theater is only steps away.

Liked: We were there celebrating our anniversary and seeing a show. The hotel left us a handwritten card and 2 delicious cupcakes in our room. It was so thoughtful.
Disliked: No disappointments. This is a great place to stay.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast should be specific that it is continental style and not a full breakfast with no protein choices.

Liked: I stayed one night with my daughter because she had orientation at the university the next day. When we walked in the hotel it smelled so good and clean. The young lady at the desk when we checked in and when we checked out was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say.

Disliked: The only negative is the bar across the street and the loudness from that until almost 3:00 AM
