Penn Stroud is a great hotel in a perfect location. So many fun bars and restaurants on Main Street and the Sherman Theater is only steps away.

Liked: We were there celebrating our anniversary and seeing a show. The hotel left us a handwritten card and 2 delicious cupcakes in our room. It was so thoughtful.
Disliked: No disappointments. This is a great place to stay.

Excellent service and cozy atmosphere....

Liked: Comfortable, modern, and very welcoming. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location.
Disliked: Not a lot of options for breakfast, would recommend to eat out.

Penn Stroud is a overall...

Liked: Location to main town street, large rooms, good shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff, dedicated free parking area for guests, mini refrigerator in room
Disliked: The carpet needed a cleaning

2 star hotel only for...

Liked: The property was conveniently located for one night. The lady at the front desk was overly nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel was fair definitely a 2 star hotel. The breakfast is grab and go nothing HOT but I wouldn’t want anything hot here anyway. My family and I slept here only we were out and about during the day.

Disliked: The rugs in the rooms were old and outdated. The musty smell was pretty strong on the second floor
