Liked: Tasteful decor, furniture and furnishings. Thoughtful touches such as a fridge in the room. Hosts very accommodating.

Great guest house

Liked: Great little guest house in a leafy residential area. The owners are excellent and really care about your stay. There's plenty of info of the surrounding area by the reception. Breakfast was very varied with a help-your-self area and also cooked meals. Everything was in it's place and I'd choose here again. The coast is just a short walk away and the town centre a slightly further walk.
Disliked: Might be nice to have an extra towel rail in the room I stayed in. As with a lot of traditional properties they may have to consider air-conditioning at some point as I can imagine it gets pretty warm during high summer.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly hosts, spacious and clean room, great breakfast — especially loved the plum compote. Our room was on the first floor. We had a calm view of the backyard with no people and some garden birds occasionally passing by. The guesthouse was not exactly in the city centre, but within a short walking distance of it.
Disliked: The shower glass wall was not very convenient — it was easy to splash water out, and the shower hose was short and fixed in such a way that it was impossible to bring the shower down.

Liked: Spacious and well decorated room to come back to after a day out in Cornwall. The host were helpful and friendly. The full English breakfasts were excellent!
