You owe it to yourself...

Liked: Extremely well located, opposite South Kensington tube station, well-appointed air-conditioned room, quiet, with access to an elevator, a great breakfast and very efficient. The best thing about this hotel however, is the staff: all very welcoming, helpful, friendly—some of the best professional hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure to do business with anywhere. Very highly recommended, especially the front baggage gentleman who went out of his way to make my stay a true pleasure.
Disliked: I can’t think of a thing. Choosing this hotel for your stay in London is what Americans call a ‘no-brainer.’

A fine hotel with an...

Liked: Location. Excellent for Royal Albert Hall. Reasonably quiet too. We loved the honesty box approach to the late-night bar facility in the drawing room. And we loved the nice welcoming touch to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary.
Disliked: The bath robe had a massive stain down the front. The floor in the main bedroom was stained too. The hot water tap in the bath was complicated!

Perfect location and beautiful rooms&...

Liked: I love the two drawing rooms & the design of the hotel’s rooms but the staff is also exceptional. I was traveling alone and they were so friendly & engaging. I was treated so well by all the staff and the breakfast staff made it fun to have breakfast. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the beds are exceptionally lovely. Each room has a unique design and they are gorgeous.

Perfect if your combining a...

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautifully appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Great location. would star there again.
Disliked: Would have preferred a larger room and a larger bed. Didn’t like the optional service charge on check out. Having paid for a 5 star hotel I expected 5 star service.
