Disliked: Personal indifferent… except one young man at the reception ( forgot his name) Although I was an I star member, nobody from the reception could help me when I couldn’t register my stay at my account Also, the a/c probably didn’t have been cleaned for long time…, I got lung discomfort and serious breathing problems while in the room . Only when I turned it off (the second day) I started feeling better.

Wonderful stay at the Pelham...

Liked: Very helpful staff. Particularly the concierge Gabriel and the restaurant staff who were very accommodating of dietary requirements.Amazing location. Across the street from the tube and 2 mins walk from the natural history museum.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Liked: V comfortable bed and linens. V quiet although facing high stNice breakfast Nice breakfast staff
Disliked: New? Night porter probably needs a fair bit more training tbhHonesty bar -although posting a price list was extortionate- bottle of tonic £10?!?! Med glass of not v nice dry rose £13 I appreciate it’s London but that outrageous for a non alcoholic small bottle of tonic!!
