This was our second visit...

Liked: Good location. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been hotter.

Lovely quirky hotel happy staff

Liked: Great staff clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, easy parking, great views from the restaurant, good location lovely coastal walks easy walk into ramsgate. Bathroom great with a powerful shower.
Disliked: Room very hot even with fan, unable to open window more than four inches. Sea view room but above entrance to the car park and hotel reception so quite noisy from early morning.

Liked: The location is fantastic. The views from the bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size with a decent bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing bad

As expected- a return visit.

Liked: Very nice to have 24 hour reception. They helpfully provided a charging plug for my partner’s mobile, which saved us having to shop for another , and they were also happy to recommend a taxi company.
Disliked: The quality of the cooked breakfast offer could have been improved eg: sausage, bacon, beans and bread.
