Liked: Fabulous bed, good solid furnishings and and a floor that doesnt squeak, also the best club sandwich in the restaurant below
Disliked: No air-conditioning

Good accomodation only 20 minutes...

Disliked: Cot and high chair were not in the room as previously agreed in writing ; however, the manager Sarah was delightful , helpful and went beyond the call of duty by offering to set the cot up. Made the rest of the stay a brilliant experience.

Liked: Location good. Decor was okay.
Disliked: Bedroom was unbearably hot during a few days of ‘heatwave’. Aircon not working (we asked). Fan provided didn’t help. The heat in the room actually made us both feel extremely uncomfortable. Trying to get ready for a wedding was very difficult. Room located overlooking back car park. Metal outside steps leading up to the room were extremely steep. Quite challenging when carrying a suitcase up and down. No warning of this when booking. Some people would struggle with these definitely. Had we been warned about this we would not have booked

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room, good facilities, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Air-conditioning wasn't working in the section we were in, which, as it was a hot weekend, made it quite stuffy. A fan was provided, which did improve things a bit. Still slept OK, as the bed was so comfy!
